Listed below are the Service Fees levied by Association Payments according to the PT PERJAMPAT’s Terms of Service, Payments Terms of Service and Guest Refund Policy.
By using the SRA Platform to request a Booking, you are indicating that you have read and that you understand and agree to be bound by the PT PERJAMPAT’s Terms of Service, Payments Terms of Service and Guest Refund Policy.
1. Refund Service Fee
A service fee is payable in the event of a Guest cancelling a confirmed booking for which payment has been received by SRA Payments (“Refund Service Fee”)
Subject to PT PERJAMPAT’s Payment Terms, a Refund Service Fee of IDR 350,000 will be deducted from the Total Fees paid by the guest, prior to calculation of any refund owing under the terms of the Association’s Guest Refund Policy.
The Refund Service Fee is levied to defray PT PERJAMPAT’s costs for refund claim verification and processing.
